The JESTES Coalition (Juvenile Empowerment Strategies to Enhance Success) is committed to empowering youth and building safer communities across Georgia. By forming strategic partnerships and engaging deeply with local communities, JESTES provides focused programming that promotes positive alternatives and guides youth away from gang involvement.

To create a safer, more empowered community where youth are free from the influences of gangs and violence, thriving through healthy alternatives and strong Mitchell County Community engagement.

The mission of the CHNGE project is to prevent gang involvement and violence by fostering collaboration between law enforcement, schools, and the community. Through data-driven strategies, education, and direct intervention, we aim to provide youth with the tools, resources, and opportunities to choose positive paths, ensuring a safer future for all.
